How to Take Lunara
Lunara is designed as a 28-day plan, divided into the 4 natural phases of the menstrual cycle:
• Days 1–5 - Reset (Menstrual Phase)
• Days 6–12 - Renew (Follicular Phase)
• Days 13–15 - Glow (Ovulation Phase)
• Days 16–28 - Balance (Luteal Phase)
Each pouch is tailored with nutrients to support your body during that phase. After Day 28, you simply start again with a new box.
Regular cycles (28-35 days)
If your cycle usually falls between 28–35 days, Lunara will align closely with your natural rhythm. Start Day 1 of Reset on the first day of your period, then follow the daily plan until Day 28.
• If your cycle is slightly longer (e.g., 32 days), you may finish Balance before your next period starts. That’s okay-you simply restart with Reset on your first day of bleeding.
• If your cycle is 28 days, you’ll move smoothly from one box to the next with no gaps.
Irregular cycles
If your cycles are longer, shorter, or unpredictable, Lunara still supports you. Think of it as a 28-day nutrition rhythm for your hormones.
• If your period arrives before you finish the box - restart with Reset (even if you’re in the middle of Balance).
• If your period comes later than 28 days - complete your 28-day pack, then wait for bleeding to restart Reset.
Even if phases don’t perfectly match your cycle, your body is still receiving targeted nutrients to help balance hormones over time.
What if i have irregular cycles?
If you’re not menstruating (due to contraception, amenorrhea, or other reasons), you can still take Lunara. Follow the 28-day rhythm: Reset (Days 1–5), Renew (Days 6–12), Glow (Days 13–15), Balance (Days 16–28), then restart.
Lunara will provide consistent nutritional support for mood, energy, and overall hormonal health — even without a monthly bleed.
Remember: Lunara is not a medical treatment or hormonal therapy - it won’t “force” a cycle to return. It focuses on nourishment, balance, and overall wellbeing - not hormone manipulation or “cycle syncing pills.”
However, by supporting your body with essential nutrients, it can help improve hormonal balance and overall cycle regularity over time.
